Practical improvement for manufacturers

Make the work flow better.

We help manufacturers remove the everyday friction that costs time, capacity and patience. That includes bottlenecks, awkward layouts, wasted movement, rework and improvements that never quite get finished.

Based in Westbury, Wiltshire. Working with manufacturers across the surrounding area.
The Factory Flow Review

A practical starting point when a process is harder than it should be.

We come to site, watch the work, speak to the people closest to it and pinpoint where time, effort or capacity is being lost. Then we give you a short, prioritised plan.

01

Find the real constraint

Separate the root cause from the symptoms everyone has learned to work around.

02

See where effort is being wasted

Spot unnecessary walking, handling, searching, waiting and duplicated work.

03

Know what to do first

Focus on the few changes most likely to make a practical difference.

Our experience

Practical improvement, backed by a decade in industry.

Ollie has spent a decade working in manufacturing and operational environments, with hands-on experience across continuous improvement, process flow, layout, material handling and implementation.

That practical experience is supported by customer insight, commercial thinking and data analysis. It means we look beyond the immediate process issue, understand the wider impact and recommend changes that are proportionate, workable and worth doing.

We are a small, agile business. We stay close to every project, move quickly and keep the scope focused on the problem in front of us.

Focused on the real problem. We will not widen the brief just to make the project bigger.
Designed around your operation. The answer has to work for your people, your space and your constraints.
Practical support when needed. We can stop at the review or help take the solution through design and implementation.
How we work

Assess. Design. Build. Improve.

We start with what is actually happening, then take forward only the support the problem needs.

01

Assess

Understand the process, the constraint and the impact.

02

Design

Develop a practical layout, workstation or flow solution.

03

Build

Support the physical change where implementation is needed.

04

Improve

Check the result, refine it and keep the gain.

1

A short scoping call

We agree the problem, the area to review and what a useful outcome looks like.

2

On-site observation

We see the work as it actually happens and speak to the people closest to it.

3

The main issues explained

A plain-English view of what is going wrong, what is driving it and why it matters.

4

Three priority actions

The changes worth tackling first, based on likely benefit and practical effort.

5

Written next steps

A concise action plan, including where design or implementation support could help.

Common questions

Before you book.

What can you review?

Production, assembly, picking, packing, warehousing, material handling, workstation layout or another clearly defined operational process.

Does £395 include implementation?

No. It covers the scoping call, half-day site visit and written recommendations. Any design, fabrication, installation or further support is agreed separately.

Who is it aimed at?

Small and medium-sized manufacturers that need a fresh, practical view but do not want a large consultancy project.

Start with the awkward bit

Tell us what keeps getting in the way.

It might be a bottleneck, a layout that no longer works, too much walking or an improvement that has been talked about for months. Send us the rough version. We will ask what we need to understand it.
