Ollie has spent a decade working in manufacturing and operational environments, with hands-on experience across continuous improvement, process flow, layout, material handling and implementation.
That practical experience is supported by customer insight, commercial thinking and data analysis. It means we look beyond the immediate process issue, understand the wider impact and recommend changes that are proportionate, workable and worth doing.
